Northlight is a fund management company set up and incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2009, and is committed to alignment and transparency to investors by selection and best of class advisors and service providers to the manager and to the Funds by the Board of Directors.

The Chief Risk Officer of the Funds works for the Investment Manager and reports to the Board of Northlight.

Northlight employs the innovative 3WayNAV™ to provide transparency over the Fund’s underlying liquidity as well as fair pricing of inflows and outflows.

The Northlight Funds benefit from a robust and independent operational support and risk control. Institutional operational support, compliance oversight and Fund reconciliation are provided by Bedrock RealTime S.A.

The Northlight European Fundamental Credit Fund (“EFC Fund” or the “Fund”) was launched on December 1st 2009.
